Help Please

Firstly i applogize if this is in the wrong section.

Ok.

Here is my problem

When i am watching a video on youtube or from my HDD. I work's perfectly for around 45 seconds then suddenly freezes and i have to move the mouse pad to make it come back on.

I have an HP G62 107-SA Laptop. I3 2.13Ghz , 2gb Ram , 250gb HDD, Win 7 64 bit.

If someone can help that would be great !!

my first suggestion would be to check the powersaving options on your laptop, is there anything like standby, turn off HDD etc with a time limit of 45 seconds?

I have just changed the sleep and dim display to never

Is that ok?
