help please =[

my step father has a laptop and a notebook, he has recently moved into mine and has set up with our wifi which is all fine but for some reason when he trys to use his dongle the browser doesnt work, it has a message saying '3 connect exception error' 'cannot find the converter for version 2.8.0'

i think im just being thick but if someone could help me i would be ever so grateful =]

I'm assuming by what you said there you're using a 3 mobile broadband dongle.
In which case may I suggest downloading the latest dongle software.

Download: 3Connect V3.0.26.0

This should fix your problem, it would also help however, if you explained which version of Windows/Mac and Browser you're using.
