Not sure whats happened frankly, was just moving the system into a new case and it all looks fine, but when i press the power button everything just sort of flickers into life for a micro second then nothing, i notice that there are some LED's on the motherboard for SB over voltage, but its an overclocked system and nothing has actually changed so this shouldnt be an issue

Really stumped here

as in, the motherboard is touching something metal? and by CMOS i assume you mean pop battery out and back in?

currently checking over the motherboard, i can't see anywhere it could be shorting, confusing this is. i'll try the CMOS in a minute

didnt work out what it was, just took the whole thing apart and put it back together - fine this time. Want to make sure temperatures are okay in the case (define XL), whats a decent temp program?
