Help is SOO appreciated!

Your problem is:

Autoconfiguration IPv4 Address. . : 169.254.170.80(Preferred)

a 169.254.x.x address is assigned automatically when there is no manually configured IP address, and no DHCP configuration can be obtained.

If you are connected to a router you can either make sure the router has DHCP enabled and the IPv4 configuration on the network adapter is set to automatic, or you can manually assign an IP address such as 192.168.0.2 or 192.168.1.2 or something like that depending on what your routers default IP is. The subnet mask for those manual set IPs would be 255.255.255.0

If you connect directly to a modem instead of a router, make sure it is set to automatic as your ISP will give you the IP.

Where do i enter all of this to fix it then may i ask?

As above, your PC is expecting to find a DHCP server and can’t.

Who’s your ISP and what equipment are you using to connect to the Internet?

Did you previously have a PC (or anything else) connected and working?

Have you currently got anything connected and working?

On your desktop, right click the network icon and select properties -> Change adapter settings (should be on the left hand side) -> right click the network adapter (you may have multiple if you have multiple Ethernet ports) and select properties -> select internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IP) and click properties -> and it should show your the screen to manually enter your IP configuration or select to obtain an IP address automatically (which only works if directly connected to a modem, or to a router that has DHCP turned on, if neither of these are what you have set up then you could manaully enter the details).
