Help please

Hi guys just a quick question but will these 2 rams work ok with this board.

The other is in my sig.
My mobo is a MSI P67A-GD65 (B3)
I would like to take 2 sticks of 2gig out an would like to put 2 sticks of the 4gig in so its 12gig, an would i notice much difference going from 8-12.

Which is the better performance/speed of the 2 rams the Kingston 9-9-9-27 or the Teamgroup 11-11-11-28.
Sorry for the questions but i haven't a clue when it comes to ram.

The Kingston timings are better, but in real world uses you wouldn'nt notice in any difference.

I use 16gb if the Kingston ram without issue so far.
