Hi all, i have a quite out of date pc by e-machines, and am interested to install/upgrade the graphics card for a flight sim that i have bought, but im unsure of what card will work ?

pc has:
intel 3,33 ghz
1gb ram
32 bit op system
via chrome 9 hc igp wddm pci bus 1

any help would be appreciated as im a bit lost looking on the net for cards

Throw that in the skip and treat yourself to a well deserved shiny new build :)

FSX and generally all sims are very CPU dependant. You would need to upgrade the CPU/RAM/MOBO to get any decent frames and you may as well upgrade the case/PSU/GPU and monitor while you are at it :)
 
best thing to do would be to figure out your budget, what, if anything, you can recycle from your existing machine and then ask in general hardware for some ideas as to how best to spend your budget
