Hi,
I have just bought an iMac. It all works great except for one thing, even though I'm logged in to the same account, when I email from work on a Microsoft system it doesn't appear on the iMac at home.
Any ideas why?
 
We're going to need more information than that. What configuration you have done previously, what email provider, what errors come up on the Mac etc.

Could range from Mail simply not refreshing to a configuration issue.
