Help please

Hi,
I have just bought an iMac. It all works great except for one thing, even though I'm logged in to the same account, when I email from work on a Microsoft system it doesn't appear on the iMac at home.
Any ideas why?

We're going to need more information than that. What configuration you have done previously, what email provider, what errors come up on the Mac etc.

Could range from Mail simply not refreshing to a configuration issue.

Mail does something funky with which folders it allocates to Spam, Sent etc. It's pretty crap.

You can change the mailbox mapping (select an account mailbox in the sidebar, then Mailbox > Use This Mailbox As) unless I'm missing something (I presume I am!)?
