Ok guys iv just got a 360 and iv been playin my bro at a fews game and losein badly. Soooooo i think id kick his *** if i had a keyboard and mouse but is there a way to use my pc keyboard and mouse on my xbox?????????

I do actually fall in to the camp where I hate playing certain games on controller. You can't convince me that pads have the accuracy or control, and sometimes I just get annoyed at the "if I move the stick all the way this way... then a bit this way" where as a mouse is just "here... here" its so much easier and natural using Mouse and Keyboard.

Practice does help, but I feel very constricted with movement on the control pad. There are a few games this is somewhat less noticeable however - Fall of Man on the PS3 doesn't feel as bad for example, and I must admit to using my 360 pad on my PC when I was playing through Tomb Raider because it felt a lot better on platform games (to me) but FPS games are just an exercise in frustration at times with a Control Pad.

Practice your literacy skillz. Once done, read the game manuals and you'll be set.
 
A pad will definitely be as good as a mouse and keyboard for FPS games and such. Practice is definitely important. You'll get the hang of it. I found when i first started using it that because i was used to being good with a mouse and keyboard that it made it worse. As opposed to some who is coming in fresh. Its frustrating because you can think 'I could kick your arse with a mouse and keyboard'. You probably couldn't tho ;)

Indeed, in terms of responsiveness and accuracy a mouse by nature will always be better than a joystick for aiming. On another note this however doesn't mean it is necessarily a better controller overall, things like comfort and ease of use make the control pad a better peripheral for some including myself. :)

yeh, lik totaly man, iv u can get 1 me thinks. bot, hol on, mayb it depenz on wich game u r playn like?
