just got my new system titan spinosaur and it wont start turn it on and then after a while it goes click turns off and trys to restart. started once and said oc failed press f1 got into bios and click gone again please help

would clearing the cmos help and if so how do i do that remove the battery?

got it up and running by clearing cmos aparently a board fault that is fixed with asus p8p67 pro to P8P67-PRO-ASUS-1053 beta bios
