help plz having a nitemare

Hi everyoione and thanks for any help.. i'm having a nightmare for some reason.. i'm converting avi to dvd and every program is failing ..i'v been using convertxtodvd for years but for some reason it wont burn anymore i keep getoing an error (in pic).. its only started since i built my new computer.. i have put other programs on and tried them ..avi2dvd ..dvdflick they would burn well dvd flick wouldnt avitodvd took years so stoped it...any advise plz

as you can see the destination folder is there
 
Can't really see the error. Have you just upgraded to Windows 7 as well? If so try right clicking on the shortcut and running as admin and then retry.

Need a better picture really to diagnose further other than the above.

CANNOT BURN DVD : IFO OR ISO FILES DOSNT EXIST IN FOLDER C:/USERS\JOHN\DOCUMENTS\CONVERTXTODVD\

thanks ..that admin seems to have worked ...what that done could you explain plz..i have just built a new comp (first build) and put ssd in wrong port ......John

the video_ts folder is from the inside the other folder recoil...John

The point I was making is that the folder is C:\Users\John\My Documents\Convertxtodvd but the error said the files could not be found in C:\Users\John\Documents\Convertxtodvd (note the Documents not MY Documents)

Glad you solved it anyways.

Even if you are using an Administartor acc you sometimes need to right-click .exe's in Win7 and Run-As Administrator; other wise the application does not always have the full read/write permissions it needs. Part of Windows7's UAC security settings.

As Crestfallen has says from what I could see (in the poor picture ;)) it looked like it couldn't write the output file hence running as administrator fixed it.
