HELP PLZ ... Samsung S10 Plus issues

I need some assistance please.

I purchased a Samsung S10 Plus from eBay. The phone had been factory reset from the sender.

When i tried putting my gmail emil address and password it would not accept as it wanted the previous owners details.

Can anyone help me fix this issue?

The seller does not have previous owners details at all.

Can I flash a new upto date Android version on the phone ?

Unfortunately that won't work either. I believe this is a KNOX feature where depending on how you factory reset it, it's still locked to the previous owner. If the seller doesn't know the details for it you're better off sending it back.
