Help posting images

Hi there, is there any way to post an image but have it scaled down? And when clicked on it shows the full image. I can do it on other forums using the tag. But can't seem to find a way of doing it on here.

Imageshack does this for you - you can choose to resize for forums but have it clickable to display the full size
