Help re; FTP folders

Could someone tell me what's going on here? I'm using CyberDuck FTP.

One domain:

Another domain:

Any ideas what this means? The second domain I changed from Linux hosting to Windows hosting (having probs with it) and this is the first time I've seen folders with red 'no entry' signs on them. What does it mean? The hosting seems to work OK but could be a cause for concern.

Plus 'private' is missing from the second. Important?

First domain is Windows hosting too.

Looks like you may have some problems with permissions. Have you emailed your host to take a look at it?

I actually asked them on the phone as I was changing over from Linux. The woman said that windows hosting didn't have permissions that could be changed.

That doesn't sounds right, does it?

Windows permissons are sometimes a problem via FTP. You should be able to change them via some sort of command prompt though.
