Just purchased reflex instant mass and on my first use, i have to say i feel like i'm going to puke.

it says on the instructions take 5 measures with 400ml of milk - i did as requested and found that it was the lumpiest **** ever, when all the reviews state it is thin and easily digestible. Needless to say, i managed to cramb 3/4 of it down me before i binned the rest.

I bought one of those met-rx shaker jobbies to do the mixing and its not really worked.

advice? shall i add the the 400ml of milk, then add the protein in scoop by scoop, slowly stirring it in?

regards, craig, aka the hulk :D

If your using a shaker put the scoops in the bottom first, then pour the milk on it so it begins to disperse a little bit, and then shake like mad, in terms of texture you cant tell it apart from plain milk when you do it properly.

If your using a fork and a glass .......dont

Better still use a blender

thats exactly what i did mate, this stuff uses 5 measures so it fills about 300ml of the shaker, the milk (400ml) takes it upto 700ml and basically makes it full and big blocks of powder at the bottom that no shaking seems to sort!

im going to try and add it bit by bit tomorrow, and puttin the milk in first.

You dont have to use exact measurements, if I remember correctly the full serving is around 50g of protein and 50g of carbs... with milk thats gonna be what 65-70g of protein and 75g+ of carbs....

I'd personally be using 3-4 measures.

Put the scoops into the bottom of the shaker, add around 300ml of Milk and then use a fork and mix it together so you can't see the lumps of powder stuck to the sides or bottom of the shaker, then add the rest of the milk.. close the lid and shake some more.... very few lumps then
