how on earth can the second one have a U, when it has a line at the very top at a clear angle ?

I was going to say brute force it ?

But then based on the fact we are not sure of what the letters are on either that is like nearly 3000 combinations.

BUT

If we assume pic 1 is a M

It would only be 36 different combinations
