help removing an AM2 retention bracket

Need help removing the standard am2 retention bracket from my mobo. Basically it looks like this (below) but it has little plasticy rubbery things hoding it in place instead of screws.

Are they push-pins like on intel coolers maybe?
Or just big rubber protectors over screws?

Anything in the manual? SOMETIMES they have useful info in them, not to be betted on though.

just needed a good old fasioned tug in the end (after i pulled pins out)
