Chaps,

My skills at over clocking know no starts so I would greatly appreciate some help and guidance on what I need to do to get my current gaming PC flying. I bought the bits that should give me the right platform and have it all built and running nicely stable so would really appreciate a step by step on what I need to do to take this to a sensible over clock.

The PC:

1 x Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD7 Mobo
1 x Intel i7 930
1 x Corsair H50 Water Cooler
1 x G.Skill 6GB 2000Mhz
2 x Intel X25 Gen 2 80GB SSD's
1 x 150BG Raptor
1 x 600GB Maxtor
1 x 120GB Maxtor
1 x LG 22x DVDRW
1 x LG 22 x Blue Ray
1 x Asus 5870
1 x Corsair 800D Case
1 x Corsair 850W PSU
1 x Dell Ultrasharp 27" Monitor
1 x Windows 7 64 Bit Professional

A I said all installed and working fine, but what are the tweaks I need to do to get the most from it without it going bang?

Cheers
Housey

What if I offer em money? ;)

I will go and have a nose, I'm just a 'make it easy' sort, but I can understand peoples view of 'make the effort' too.

Most of it makes some sense, I have a view of what it's all about but I've not done the leg work to understand it fully as the interest to me is the end game not the route there, which I guess makes me a little different to the norm on this site. I don't want to know how in detail, I just want it there! :D
