Help required for Overclocking

[R33C3 4]

Hi Guys

Recently bought myself a nice fresh build with the Intel Core i5 6400 @ 4.4GHz Overclocked Quad Core Gaming Bundle and Asetek 570LC 120mm High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler - 115X. I want to go ahead and now overclock it to the 4.4GHz specified above.

Does anyone have an up to date guide on this or maybe walk me through the process?

Is your the K or non K chip R33X3 4? non K cpu's can't be overclocked I don't think.
