I am seeking an answer regarding why Windows 7 is having major problems performing the most menial tasks with large files (4GB - 15GB).
These files refuse to be moved, deleted or renamed; they will only copy.
To make Windows 7 do the other tasks I have to use an elevated Command Prompt in Safe Mode with explorer.exe shut down.
Is there a way of avoiding this 1980's style computer programming?
All help with real substance will be greatly appreciated.
