Help required with Crystal Disk report please

Hello newbie here asking for help deciphering this info please. The laptop has been running very slow at times, occasionally programs 'crash' or freeze. Does 'Current pending sector count' indicate the hard drive on the way out? Please see the postimage link. Thank you.
