Help required

Hi guys my daughter car the rear heat shield above the tail pipe has come lose

what do i stick it up with
the bolts are stuck fast so i don't think i can use the bolts so is there a glue i can use
must it heat proof clue ? if so what type do i buy ? car is a astra mk4 on a 2002 plate if that info required

anybody have any ideas

don't want to take it to a garage has saving up for a new car myself
anybody no of a cheap fix

How hot does it get?, if not very then do without it. If it does get hot then try some exhaust paste.
