Help! rmvb to mp4

Can anyone reccomend a (free) program to convert realplayer .rmvb files to mp4 so I can get them onto my iPod?

I'm assuming that iPod video is .mp4, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong here. I really don't know what I'm doing here.

they have a program that converts to mp4/psp/ipods

They do indeed, and it seems to work rather well. But the trial version stick a bloody great watermark over the image and the full version is $25.

Any free ones out there that people use?
