Help! - RX480 both fans have stopped workingq

Help! both the fans have stopped working on my Nitro RX480+ OC.
GPUZ still saying there at 15% but there obviously not. I also tested with and trixx fans check and thats telling me I should contact the retailer/manufacturer.

Classic -First day of my holidays no gpu

If i drive down to overclockers - do you think I can get it sorted or a replaced that day?

Fans dont spin until the card hits a certain temp, no?

I've got the same card, the fans don't turn on until about 52C.

When I was playing around with Trixx once it locked my fans to 0% until I restarted. That's how I found out thermal throttling works very well, XD.

All few cards do not spli fans until they hit 50-55. Same applies to NV cards like GTX1080, 1070, 1060 etc

As the other say, run something if the temp goes above 60c and the fans haven't started there is a problem.

Or run afterburner and manually set the fans to run and see if they start.
