Help saving images from a PFD file and then adding them to Power Point 2010?

Hello please can someone tell me how I can save an image from a PDF file and then add it to Power Point 2010? I've attempted a few different ways but can't for the life of me do it, please can someone help?

print screen has to work. you'll probably have to edit the image to make it usable first. paste it into paint and then select just the bit you want before putting it in powerpoint.

Yeah sorry guys print screen works I guess I was doing it wrong. Thanks for the help a mod can close this now.

Just to add. You can use the Snipping Tool in windows which is much less faff than printscreen.
