Help setting up multiple monitors

Hi Guys,

What am I trying to acheive?

The setting up of 3 monitors, side by side, so that i can have different windows open (Google Apps) at any one time on different screens.

Whats my current setup?

Primo Nano i5 Slim
G-Master G2730HSU

I obviously need extra monitors but is it possible with the PC i have (its only got 1 x HDMI and nothing else)

Im confused by Displayport and not sure i could get another DisplayPort monitor and have like HDMI into DisplayPort and then into a "1 to 3" splitter?

It says in the spec that it has thunderbolt connectivity - you could get a USB-C (preferably thunderbolt, but cost can be prohibitive) to twin HDMI out
