Help setting up my PCTV sat card to receive Freesat

Hi,

I bought today a pinnacle PCTV dual sat card:

I am on to the installation and it lets me choose some satellites, which one should I be choosing?

I dont seem to be able to get any signal from the Astra ones which I have tried?

The sat dish is setup for Sky + but I read that is the correct projection?
