Help should I upgrade?

I'm in the awkward phase of wondering if it is worth an upgrade of my p.c.

Currently these are the specs
AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 955 Black Edition
Mini Mobo DDR2 (couldn't remember the name)
6gb DDR2
1tb Samsung HDD
Antec 300
750w PSU
ATI 5850

I currently use the rig just for gaming (cod 4 etc..) and watching movies. However I will be getting a catleap q2703 at xmas.

Isit time to sell up and replace?

Do you find its struggling in games atall? Jerky framerates on anything?

If you're a heavy gamer and play all new games on high to ultra settings You'd see the advantage of an upgrade.

If its not struggling I wouldn't worry

No major struggle currently but the new monitor will be higher resolution.
2440x1440 to be exact.

Oh, that's high res indeed.

Too me, that shouts 7850. More Vram to help with higher res. Though CPU may bottleneck it. Though you can spend £500-£600 on a new pc. Whether you have the funds or not.
