help shrinking my sig...

hi all, i would like to shrink thi sig to the 20kb limit please. tried in photoshop by saving with a lower quality but doesn't seem to do much.

can anyone have a go for me please? thanks!! :cool:

would probably look a bit better with a black border around it aswell, can anyone do that aswell by any chance? thankyou

I got it to 6.63kb.
