Almost anything will be fine.

I have a APC BX700UI owned for several years, just changed the battery recently as it failed the self test.
My unraid is 10 core E5-2660 V3, 8 x HDD, 3x SSD, Quadro etc. and generarally I get an estimate of >20mins even when running a parity check.
Set to shut down after 5 mins or at 70% battery in event of power loss so it doesn't react to a momentary loss and gives me chance to check the breakers before a shutdown.

These used to be ~ £70 but are now up at ~ £100

You could run on something smaller, though the BX700 is easy to change the battery on. Says not user servicable but it's 2 screws and the front pops off then you just swap the standard 12V 8Ah battery, doesn't even expose mains components while doing.
Only issue is the relatively high power loss, adds an extra 20 or so watts to the server power consumption.

I've read some newer Cyberpower models are more like 5 watts power loss, but hard to find any specific reviews.
Some of the very cheap Cyberpower don't have USB shutdown so make sure you get that for Unraid to shut down.
