I need a computer no, due to fact i smashed my laptop up because girlfriend being so god damn moody, were no longer together.. anyway im on a budget of £250

I would like amd cpu because its cheaper, i have a monitor
I do a little gaming mainly browser games - tribalwars
lots of surfing
i would need mouse and keyboard, looks not important regarding case
os not needed

Best I could do. Since you play browser games, you may benift from the APU's better graphical capability over Intel's and since you don't do much CPU intensive stuff, a APU should be fine. PSU is enough, motherboard is fairly basic but OK and the RAM should be plenty.

As for the mouse and keyboard you could pick up anything that takes your fancy

All you'd need to do is throw a hard drive and an OS in, as for mouse/keyboard something fairly basic should do you for surfing/browser games.
