Help solving an issue

So my PC has started behaving a little odd. When the PC is powered down all the fans continue to stay on and spinning and the only way to turn it off completely is to flick the switch on the PSU. As soon as its turned back on(no matter how long i let it rest) the fans start back up instantly.

Is this maybe a setting i changed by accident or could it be my mobo or PSU?

My system specs are as below in my sig.

have you tried updating your bios to the latest version or done a clear cmos at all?

I take it it was fine before now?? have you recently updated the mobo bios?? When you say all the fans how many do you have and how are they powered?? By the psu or via the main motherboard?

It was fine and i have not updated anything bios related. I'm not at home to check but definitely the CPU cooler fans and atleast a couple of case fans if not all.

Try clearing the cmos and then see what happens. You will fnd the instructions in your manual how to do this f you don't know how to.
