I have a Dell 1750 running Windows Vista Home Premium. The issue I am having is that every time it boots it boots straight to the startup repair but it says that its unable to repair. When I boot from the Vista disk and select 'Repair' it doesn't display an OS at all. Something is missing somewhere. Any ideas?
