Help sorting and modifying a CSV/XLS on the fly

I'll start with a screenshot of my problem

I get a report like this off our service gateway, and what we want to do is transpose the values that are in the rows (they all relate to one customer) and make it so they are the the headers, as so

is there a way of possibly doing this that doesnt require me to manually enter each item, and it'll transpose itself.

I am not an excel guru, but if someone could point me in the right direction it would be great

Umm, have you tried the transpose() function?

There's loads of ways you could do this, but if the above doesn't work let us know.
