Help - Soundcard lagging sound in games ONLY

This is the soundcard:

Only in games does it lag, it's about a second delay and is quite anoying

I have two drivers, SoundMax for my speakers and such and this USB xf i driver for my headset/mic.

My guess is they are conflicting, can anyone find the true issue and/or fix?

Is this in a laptop and are the games source engine?
