In training.
Had a house fire before Christmas and have been given the go ahead to price a system to replace my destroyed one. Slight problem being I do not think any of the parts are available any more.
So what would be a comparative, brand new replacement for.

Q9550 overclocked to 4GB.
Asus P5Q deluxe
Corsair HX520
HD 5870
1 TB HDD
OCZ SSD 60Gb
OCZ 4GB OCZ Reaper
Asus Xonar Soundcard.
RW DVD
Xigmatech heatsink.
My Case is ancient had two previous builds in it. Coolermaster Cabinet HAF 922 Tower ATX/BTX Gaming Black
Razer Lycosa Keyboard.
Razer Death Adder mouse.
XL Boogie pad.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as we have to price up the rest of the houses contents tonight, really not looking forward to it. Open to any hints there if any one has experience.
Cheers.

That is brilliant and also quite mind blowing as I forgot to add the monitor and it a 24" one, Dell it was, that needed replacing too.
Don't want to be cheeky as I appreciate the help so far, though is that the highest eqivalent performing spec I could go, considering they will more than likely knock something off for wear and tear?
*Edit. Hate to say it though I would like to stay intel. I mean I've always thought of AMD being the slightly cheaper option? Am I wrong to be thinking of AMD like that? :/

are they including the cost of the operating system into the payout? cuz its not technically physically damaged lol

The Windows 7 DVD was in one of the rooms they said nothing is salvageable, so needs replacing. It is on the BER affected contents listing here as CD.
For the monitor all I it says is Dell 24" C2-0u946D742639-20L9U. Though I can not find anything with that. I can not remember which one it was though it was quite a good one.
Also is it unreasonble of me to want Razer K&M?

I don't think so.
It is on the list as Homebulit Gaming PC they told me to break down and list for each part: Original purchase cost/Approx age/Proof purchase?/Is item still available to purchase?/Replacement item available from?/Replacement item cost.

but I need to get an item that replaces the one I lost if I cannot buy the same one, not the cash equivalent.
