Help! spec check please

hi.

Im looking to build a gaming pc , mainly for fps and online racing games.
Based around The "Ultima Viper" ive never used Overclockers before so dont know if they will want to chnage so many items for me from the current spec. Do all there pre built pc come with os installed and everything ready to just switch on and play. This is the spec i fancy, i have put the items i wanna swap next to original spec.

ive put the 1000w psu in as i will prob upgrade to 2 cards in future. really need your advice , have these swaps made improvements, i done a lot of research and my mind is now just frazzled.

To tell the truth i left the 1000w in there, cause i was going down 2 x 480gtx route, but the reviews about heat have sort of put me off. Thought if nvidia bought out there next cards which will hopefully run cooler, i would then upgrade to them. 480gtx would be my 1st choice really for performance, just that heat issue is bugging me.
