Just thinking of replacements for my old Dell Vostro 1700 (an absolute beast!). Id like something smaller than 17" thats reasonably lightweight as I travel frequently. 15" Max I guess, the other requirements are:
Reasonably lightweight
Good battery life - 4hrs+
4gb RAM for Adobe Lightroom
500gb HDD
Full HD if possible (my vostro has 1920 x 1200 which is awesome)
HDMI port
webcam
RJ45 port
I prefer windows 7 to Mac OS but Im not totally adverse to the idea....
I only use it for surfing and adobe. If it can run Starcraft 2 and other RTS style games Id be pretty happy. Cheerrs
