Help Spec Non Gaming PC

Hi, I'm trying to spec a new PC to replace my ancient Dell P4. It's about time to invest in something new and I'm looking forward to building it.

Don't game at all, but want to edit HD video from my gopro, run software like VMware Workstation and GNS3. Will be running dual 24in screens, probably Dell U2412M's. Have chosen 2x8GB memory as I will probably upgrade to 32GB at some point.

Currently have put together the following spec, but am unsure about which video card to choose and would appreciate any comments on the spec as well, especially memory and PSU.

Am I correct in thinking if I run a single video card the H100i will mount to the top vent?

Don't really want the build to go over £1200 excluding monitors.

Thanks for the feedback. I had meant to spec the EVO SSD's but somehow selected the wrong one's.

One other question is the 4770k video good enough to support 2x 24in Dell's running 1900x1200?

Have also added a fan for the bottom of the case after reading a few other thread's

Whats a good HHD something like a Seagate Barracuda ?
