HELP...! Still getting pixelation artifacts with Gainward 7800GS

Hi,
Can OcUK help? I've been getting little blocky pixels when playing games - pretty much in every game. Incl. FEAR, GRAW, HL2: Ep One, etc. Card is the Gainward BLISS GeForce 7800 GS (512MB). Always when been on for a few mins. I run the card at stock speeds, but have obviously tried O/clocking. Doesn't make any difference.
Bought card from you few months ago, when they came out.
It's not ALWAYS there but it's more noticeable on certain textures. I've kind of got used to it, but now I've decided to do something about it. It's not running hot either - normal temp of card is about 55 degrees, during play. Could it be bad memory on the card?
Please help - I would really appreciate it. :(

Sometimes doing any sort of overclocking can do damage so even after going back to stock it will still show occasionally, probably done it to the memory too, if its not to bad it might be ok to keep but otherwise its RMA time.

Change the antialiasing settings/anysotropic filtering settings, sometimes in perfectly working cards in shiny textures there is some pixelation.
I saw it on a GTX 7800 from a friend amd never overclocked.
also check thhe temps.

Thanks. I think it is on more shiny textures - but in every game. But def. not all the time. I have only ever O/C'd to what is recommended for this card. I'm quite careful after spending 250 quid on a card!!!

What settings do you recommend I try?

I really don't want to RMA - such a hassle... but if it's knackered, I guess I'll have to. It def. wouldn't have been me who knackered it though.... I've been very careful with the settings, and been quite modest with OCing. (This card can atake a lot of OCing so I'm told, but I've only ever ran it at 475/1350.)

download experttool from gainward, and if the defaults are too high you can change them in the registry, there is only the default clock plus a safe mode(50mhz less).
I'll recommend to try on "Quality" settings and anisotropic/antialiansing app.controlled.
But better open you case, and just smell the card heatsink when is cool,is smells burned,RMA it.

was the card overclocked by the manufacturer? if so then they might have got it wrong.

This card is the Bliss Silent 512 AGP one. It actually comes underclocked from the manufacturer!!!

BTW: The card does not smell at all!!!
