hi guys, how do you kill these 2 monsters on chapter 3

i know obviously not with the crowbar lol...
 
I just ran around some cars sprinting and shooting them lol. .357 Magnum and the alternate fire on the shotgun at close range seemed to work well for me.
 
yea used the mavity gun and chuck all the explosive barrels at them and shotty seems to work well.
 
I was down 7 health and the crowbar, and i said **** it and went for it. I still cant believe I killed it, couldn't press F6 fast enough...

This part was really hard, I ended up using all my ammo bar the pistol ended up killing them both off with the last few bullets and a couple of barrels.

Keep throwing stuff at them and conserve you ammo.
 
I had ammo falling out my ears at that point, just stood in the little circular bit where the thing that stomps the ground is and shot them. How could you be low on ammo at that point? Either you dont look around for all you can get or you have a very poor aim.
 
This was one of my favourite fights in the game, as you've got two well'ard so-and-sos after you. Great opportunity to use up some of that ammo I'd been stockpiling, I let 'em 'ave it with secondary fire grenade launcher, magnum, shotgun, smg and a couple of barrels.

In hindsight I think you are probably supposed to conserve ammo and make more use of the mavity gun + barrels but it was nice to actually get to use some of my ammo for once.
 
this bit wasn't hard :P

Just stay in the centre, surrounded by the circle fence, and shotgun the mofo!
 
Its very hard, but save all ammo for the non big (2) baddies, hit them with objects like the engine block and barrels, and at caves/mines entrances they bust out are explosive barrels+ammo.

You will spend most of your time inside that circle of scrap metal that acts a refuge.
 
I guess im the only person who didn't stay inside the fence? Couldn' throw barrels for toffee standing in there. Spent the whole time bunny hopping around and sprinting. Throwing barrels does the job. Also, dropping a grenade, then picking it up and firing with grav gun.
 
I managed to get the first one with a mix of guns. But had run out of ammo on the 2nd and ended up having to use the barrels as well.... but watch out, the sods throw stuff back at you!
