HELP! svhost.exe using 100% cpu????

Im trying to help someone out here, he says he had a few virus's on his pc which he believes to have cured now but one of the svhost.exe processes is taking up all the cpu time, any ideas what it might be? cant find much usefull info on the net :confused:
