Help! system crashes after i7 OC!

Was trying to OC my core i7, but when I start to run prime95, the screen freezes and then I get a Blue Screen

(BSOD error 124)

I have core i7 920
asus p6t deluxe
6gb patriot viper ddr3

These are my BIOS settings:

Manual
Ratio: auto
Speedstep: enabled
Turbo mode: enabled
BCLK: 190

DRAM: ddr3-1523mhz
CPU volt: 1.35v
QPI/DRAM: 1.35v

DRAM bus 1.64v

All I am trying to do is get my cpu to run at 3.8ghz stable. I am new to Overclocking and I do not know what I need to do to get it stable. If anyone knows how to OC then please help!!!!

I am trying different multipliers at the moment. It is not stable on 19x200 am trying on 20x190 now.

Bah, I will just leave at 19x200 to give me 3.8ghz. Passing the prime95 stress test can't be that important... can it?

Its impossible to search for the i7 threads in this forum, as it removes the letters: "i7"
