I have an AMD 3600 on a ROG Strix 570i originally running win 10 which has stopped booting to OS.
It has been working fine for some time, the BIOS was updated 3 weeks ago and I've used it daily since.
The TSM security is off, it's not clocked and all the components are visible in settings, and the drive can be checked in the BIOS/EFI menu.
https://youtu.be/ERzzXZeTmyc < this is poorly lit but footage of me trying to boot windows from a USB and capturing the full cycle - including the windows icon > ROG icon and the message "Preparing Automatic Repair".
I have tried CSM on and off, USB with Ubuntu - gets to the initial menu to install or boot from stick and then fails to boot the OS.
I have tried windows form a USB stick that I have checked works on another machine and it does what happens in the video.
I have forced boot from F8 and from within the BIOS, it's definitely trying the USBs.
I can't thing of what else to try and I can't think of what's caused this.
Any helpful advice very gratefully received.
