help thin blue line on screen???

right got a sharpe 19" monitor 18 months old brought from ocuk upstairs and just off centre of the screen there is a thin light blue line horizontally down the screen that never goes away is this

A a monitor issue
B graphics corruption problem

If it is a uniform blue line (ie the same thickness all the way down) then I'd guess it was a monitor fault as graphics card issues tend to be a lot more random.

yes its the same all the way down
dont suppose anyone knows what warranty the sharpe monitors have its only 18 months old????
