Help! Think my gfx card has broke, but how?!

Well its playing up.

The screen keeps flickering and lines keep coming across, and does it on 3 other screens I have tested.

It was working fine this morning, I have re fitted my water cooling this afternoon, all components out, no sign of any water on it. Just re fitted everything and now its doing this.

The card in question is an ATI 4850 and only bought 6 months ago from ocuk. Is it an rma or a send back to the shop job?

What are the temps like on it, idle and load?

Have you got it OCd? If so try returning to defaults, if not then yeah its sounding like an RMA issue tbh

Temps are 31 idle, not overclocked either

Very strange, it seems to have fixed itself and working totally fine again.

I wonder if the tiniest bit of water had got to it somehow.

No need to rma now
