Hi all,

My dad bought this camcorder

And I’ve used it at Longleat 2 weeks ago ive just gotten round to installing the software but I can’t seem to install it what so ever!!!

& trust me software installation is like a duck to water usually, this is the only software CD I can’t get to install.

A pic here! I go to install it via the auto load, press basic install, and it hangs!! Been left on for 3 hours now

goto the manufacturers website and download the drivers/software from there.

Tried that alraedy , i cant dl anything as all it says ( This product is not for sales. (bundle only)

try installing it in safe mode

but say i did that , and load windows normally , wouldnt it cause an issue?

copy the contents of the cd to hard drive and try it.

erm, have you tried just plugging the camera into the computer, cos my dad has one similar and i only installed the drivers when windows asked me for them,

windows sees it as an external hard drive and then i just just pull the files off the hard drive.

Well ive managed to finally get the software installed! and up and running , good old Safe Mode!

lol really have no idea why it wouldnt install very odd

Probably some app or driver not compatible with the software installer.
