Help thundbird 3 and Tiscali

Hi all,

I'm trying to set up an thundbird 3 to check the wifes emails from Tiscali, and I it wont except the pop3 address (pop.tiscali.co.uk), i've changed it to (mail.tiscali.co.uk) and it still doesn't work.

I've got it working on my Gmail account.


ps. am running windows 7

according to the tiscali website it's definately pop.tiscali.co.uk. whats happening when you try? are you getting an error message?

the settings should be:

pop = pop.tiscali.co.uk
smtp - smtp.tiscali.co.uk
username = [email protected]
