Iam after a new monitor to go with my new pc
My pc specs are
Ryzen 5 3600
corsair 16gb 3600
5700xt red devil
b450 tomahawk max
asus vs 247 monitor

I was hoping to get 1440p but as my budget is only £250 iam not sure I can
I play cod battlefield apex legends
I want to play witcher 3 and pubg and many others
any help would be great as ive been looking but not sure what monitor is better than the next one

At the moment I would say your budget doesn't stretch to 1440p since you won't get something of that resolution with 144Hz on that money, which I'd recommend since you're playing FPS titles. If you can make do for another 6 months or so I'd personally take the small risk and pre order an Eve Spectrum. If you need it now then it would mean a 1080p @ 144Hz starting with the AOC 24G2U @ £180, also look at Acer & Asus since they have 8 bit versions but it depends if you want a budget option to tied you over for a couple of years until you can chop it in for something better later down the road or if you think whatever you buy now you'd want to hang on to for considerably longer.

For a £235 1440p 144hz VA monitor.

It's against the rules for me to link to other retailers but French version on a certain rainforest website that is one of the world's largest retailers, the deal is posted on hot uk deals if you can't depict it, search for:

SAMSUNG C27JG52

I wouldn't order the Eve Spectrum, they haven't delivered to the starter backers, loads of folk have lost their money and the ones they did deliver were of poor quality.

Wasn't that a different product though, the Eve Spectrum isn't scheduled to ship until Q3 this year?

I think you are correct - may have been a laptop. But just making OP aware before they handed over their hard earned.

I do hope these monitors are a success though.

NP I would definitely recommend using a credit card for the deposit though to mitigate the risk. There is nothing else with those specs for that value.

Asus VG259QM is coming out in a few weeks, should be under 300 and 1080p, 280hz, ips , elmb all kind of sync, want to buy it also for apex, have tried most 240hz tn panels and they just look so meh I cant handle it.
But as I have a 1440p ultrawide for when I wanna play singleplayers or just do whatever, I would most likely not go with 1080p monitor if that was my only one, since there is absolutely no room on desktop with 1080p
