Help to overclock a E6320

Hi

Im new to overclocking and have just installed a E6320 on to a asus P5K-E wifi - , oh and also im using an artic cooling freezer 7 pro to cool the E6320 and using 2Gig of Geil DDR2 ultra low latency 6400 ram on Vista premium 32bit

Could some one pls explain to me step by step how to overclock this chip ? ive read briefly about people upping the core voltage and it scares me a little
