After the debarcle that was trying to download HQR from GFWL live, I plumped for the GOTY edition on steam sales. So now on my rig I have two installations of the game
One is the GFWL live DVD copy, which is installed on drive E:, but wouldn't let me download ANY dlc because of MS's new 'trusted PC' security problem.
The other is the Steam GOTY version, which is installed on the same drive, but naturally, in the E:\Steam\Steam Apps directory etc.
I got quite far in the game using the GFWL DVD, and would like to transfer the save from that game, to the game of the year installation. I have no idea how to do it, where the files are, and really wouldn't like to have to start all over again.
Any help would be much appreciated, as even the official GFWL live people don't seem to have a clue.
